James Rico is a Senior Presales Engineer at Quest specializing in Unified Endpoint Management. He has a degree in Information Management Systems. He has been working with the KACE software products since 2012, starting out in technical support. The last 4 years he has been helping customers secure their endpoints using industry best practice. James and his wife currently resides in Norman Oklahoma.
