State of Cybersecurity Survey. Conducted
in the fourth quarter of 2021, the survey was sent
to cybersecurity professionals worldwide who
hold the ISACA Certified Information Security
Manager® (CISM®) certification or have registered
information security job titles. While this survey
looked at the full state of the cybersecurity
industry, this paper covers results related to best
practices for hiring cybersecurity professionals.
