 | Aberdeen's first research into agile Business Intelligence (BI) in March 2011 (Agile BI: Three Steps to Analytic Heaven) found that organizations were pursuing two main strategies to achieve agility. Organizations were enabling BI users to be more self-sufficient, whilst simultaneously formalizing their approach to BI projects. Fifteen months later, Best-in-Class organizations expand the envelope of self-service, while other organizations are playing catch-up.
