Over five years ago, we published the first When Women Thrive Global Report, a compilation of data from our groundbreaking study of women in the workplace. In our recent global report, we noted some key changes:

• 77% of manufacturing companies report a focus on improving diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)
• 74% of manufacturing organizations say that women have access to the roles that are more likely to lead to advancement into leadership

However,

• Only 43% of manufacturing organizations have a documented, multiyear strategy
• 25% of organizations track gender-specific health needs
