‘Strategic HR’ Is Not An Oxymoron

Today’s HR is no longer just about support, and it can’t afford to be. The C-suite needs HR to step forward and be front and center to find solutions that ultimately drive business solutions and innovation.

HR has done a great job of connecting the dots in championing the employee experience so far, but many CHROs feel there’s much more potential for HR to have a greater impact on the health and growth of the company.  The million-dollar question remains – “How?”
