Technology in and of itself is neutral, but the location where it’s used and the way it’s employed aren’t. Sizable organizations with extensive, sophisticated technology systems must continually upgrade them to address the needs of the ever-changing competitive marketplace, but what is important, too, is how beneficial employees feel more connectivity and digital tools are for their productivity.
