While there is much technology focus on electronic warfare and applications such as signals intelligence, more traditional applications continue to receive investment – applications such as Close Air Support (CAS) and Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR).

Similarly, while advanced computing technologies such as DSP, FPGA, RFSoC and so on capture today’s headlines, the single board computer remains a key enabler: it is invariably the computing platform around which the majority of military applications are built.
