Speakers: Ashley Cavazos Ashley Cavazos has been in automotive for 13 years. Her journey started as a temporary receptionist at a small-town Ford dealership in South Texas. From there she joined the team full time and held several roles focused on customers and marketing. She fell in love with automotive and saw an opportunity to impact the customer experience, taking a huge leap of faith by moving to Minnesota to help an automotive group build their BDC strategy. Fast forward to today, she is an industry leader in digital retail and digital strategy. Rick Jones As Vice President of Global Client Management, Rick Jones leads teams responsible for selling and growing Urban Science’s Dealer Performance and Media Performance solutions to the automotive dealer and Ad-Tech community. Rick has 25 years of experience with Urban Science in various leadership roles in strategy, business development, global client management, regional management, local account management and product management. He helped launch Urban Science’s Customer Marketing Solutions Practice in 2000 and has a passion for helping Urban Science’s largest clients solve problems in their customer marketing and lead management areas. Rick has spent his entire career serving the automotive industry. Prior to Urban Science, Rick spent 10 years at Experian where he helped launch the automotive practice. He left Experian as their director of sales, and prior to that he held roles in account management and database management. He holds a BS and MBA from Oakland University. Sean Kelley After leaving US Army Special Operations as a Non-Commissioned Officer, Sean Kelley applied those leadership principles to automotive management and successfully led car dealerships for over a decade.
