 | Survey results indicate that the respondents are challenged by their current imaging, print and workflow environment. An overwhelming 75 percent of K-12 respondents indicated that their current environment is not living up to its full information management potential. Higher education is experiencing the same challenge -- 62 percent of respondents feel that their current infrastructure is inadequate. Across both K-12 and higher education, security is a top priority. Their findings reveal that IT security policies include secure access to printers and imaging devices.
