Organizations that effectively engage employees gain competitive advantage. A well-executed employee engagement strategy can dramatically impact the business by improving retention, performance, and productivity. Although many organizations are quickly embracing engagement, designing and implementing an enterprise-wide program is a daunting challenge. As a result, engagement levels are in danger and organizational performance is at risk.
