Michigan Ross Professor Maxim Sytch identifies three forces that will lead business leaders to change their leadership style. They include the influx of millennials into the workforce; changing organizational design; and the use of artificial intelligence and big data. In the course of his white paper, Sytch notes:- The importance of leisure for millennials and the fact that they will have more employers over their work lives than previous generations
