A digital experience platform can be a valuable tool. DXPs give companies a highly adaptable way to centrally manage and mine all of their data, present compelling online content and understand users in much more meaningful ways than they can with traditional content management systems. Launching a DXP, however, is not as simple as installing software on a server. For one thing, it requires a lot of research and careful planning. Companies that don’t do the research to find out if what they want matches what they need, and then act accordingly, run the risk of spending more than they need to.
