U.S. laboratories are being challenged to do more tests and improve turnaround times with less resources, leading them to re-think logistics strategies. This section of the UPS Healthcare Survey is focused on understanding the business priorities, supplier satisfaction and logistics challenges of medical labs in the U.S. The results provide valuable insights and implications for both medical labs and their clinical suppliers including in-vitro diagnostics and medical device manufacturers, as well as distributors.
