2020 presented public transport professionals around the world with enormous challenges and uncertainty. 2021 offers hope that we can soon move from 'crisis' to 'recovery’ mode, but what will that recovery look like?

We teamed up with UK magazine Passenger Transport to harvest the opinions of the public transport community – including many well-known industry leaders. We asked how they feel about the Covid experience,  the future of the transport sector and the role data and technology will play. The results expose the very real challenges and concerns they face. But they also reveal remarkable levels of optimism.
