Alumni engagement is incredibly important. Aside from encouraging donations, it builds reputation and community, promotes student recruitment, and helps you understand the health of your programs. We’ve heard about these very issues from nearly all of our higher ed clients and have been able to develop plans to help shift their outcomes. Lack of engagement is caused by a number of factors.
