It starts with the name.

Branding goes hand-in-hand with visibility. You need to reach your prospective market in their places in the internet. You must first conduct consumer and demographic research to identify the nature, age, gender and purchasing habits of your prospects.

Afterwards, be a member of forums and online communities where these people belong. Submit articles into article databases that these people visit. People think of these websites as authorities on a particular niche, so you may want to advertise there. Be a member of the forum, leave sensible and informative comments and give plus-reps to other informative entries from other users. And don’t forget to use your logo as signature. Your branding efforts will go a long way through free advertisement in these forums.
